When I go matting my ego dissolves and quiet space emerges. Waves, mat and flippers, self and Universe become one. Lo and behold, people notice, and they remark on the energy. Mat surfing is a portal to higher consciousness. Check out this video explaining why surfmat riding is time well spent.
