Too Funny;
Who woud have thought there were two old greybeards, both with electric bikes and new 4th Gear Flyer Fatties on two different continents!?

Ha. Well I think owning an electric bike requires a similar mindset to making the decision to own a surf mat!
Oh and yeh I know, I can't count,
That was 25 Breaths!

Classic and hilarious! A universal surfmatter experience captured on video (I've opened several of those boxes.)

Full on and totally and complete-ly Hillarious! Or? is it also applied to the new round-tail ferver, that I just came home to view, upon my wifely one Cher's suggestion. Oh Yeah the endor-fins are flowing, after pulling myself off the after work couch passout at 4;00pm. Yeah third day in a row, Boil, Subadaildhoes, and today five footers at Ablandia respectively. All of these on the Standard PG made for Cher last year. Ab-solutely a great workout (better than the couch I say) Day #11 of which 9 have been on the flyers. Thank you so much Paul! Out for now Steve Pendo

"Uhh. Another layer." Haha. A beautiful bit of filmmaking. Cheers to the creator, his careful deliberation and his responsible knife handling. The anticipation just about did this viewer in.

With regard to the previous post: I can confirm all of it. Steve's been everywhere, man. He's been spotted at at least five reefs in the past week and a half or so, running his Standard around sections; through the pocket; everywhere, man — and always with a big grin.

On one of those those days, I pulled up to find slightly textured 2-footers showing at all of the reefs. It looked plenty matable. So I rushed my suit on, reached into the back of the truck for the mat and, sick to my stomach, realized I'd left it hanging on the fence after the previous day's after-surf rinse.

The sting only got worse when, after a few halfhearted lefts on Plan B, a shortboard, I paddled two reefs south to find an honest-to-God matjority — Pendo and Tom T. on 4th Gear Flyers, accompanied by a lone board rider. The matters were making the most of the 2-footers, squeezing speed out of every little bump, so us surfboarders mostly just enjoyed the show.

When I got back to the truck and was packing up to go, I took a last look at the reef and — what's this? — spotted a significant rise in the kelp beds. A wide one with some real line to it slowly took shape. A single matter — I still don't know which one of them — was in position to meet it. I grabbed the binoculars and found the rider just as the reef tripped this beautiful little wave. The rider slid in deep, angling for the green water before dipping to the trough. Then he lifted the front corner, sinking the inside rail, and did this high-speed drift UP the face. Even from a good quarter-mile away, it looked so @#&%!*' cool, like someone'd thrown him a tow rope or something. From there, he highlined it for a second before settling into the pocket for a speed run right out of view. Setting down the binoculars, I realized that I was cackling and hooting. And that some surfboarders a couple cars down — Ablandians, I believe — were staring at me as if I were a couple pontoons short of a full mat.

I sure didn't forget mine the following morning. Thanks for the inspiration, guys.
