Well, from the look of the shape he is in, if that is indeed the noble gent you speak of sneaking past in the background so as not to cause a stampede then, he can't miss!
If he competes in budgie smugglers like those,praps he might snag a prize.But he never remembers to put the large pebble down the FRONT of them...
Ha! Last time I went in in trunks my pebble was on show after the first wave! On that occaision the babes were all in their 90s mind.G
