How are you? Hope all is well.

 

Just had my next foot worked on- seven more weeks out of the water. The day before surgery as a treat, my friend and I went down to SDB and enjoyed the beautiful, clear, clean water there. She took some nice photos- here's one in the "soulful entry into mother ocean" category.
