You do get inflatable Riverboards, but they are generally not the best option. Here is an inflatable Riverboard review done by Josh, a mate of mine, a few years back.

I reckon a Standard would be the call, but I'm not sure about the proper inflation level. Sometimes even a little less air can make a huge difference.
