FYI...Steven Jay was the "Jay" of RAMSEY-JAY surfboards in the '60's in Newport. Thought you might remember.

Just out of high school, first trip to Baja, camping at 3Ms, big contest at San Miguel full of people straight out of the pages of SURFER. The Ramsey-Jay crowd were the craziest people I’d ever run across. That group are still in the top 5 all-time.
